SERVICES
We provide emergency medical services (EMS) to eleven communities with three staffed ambulances 24 hours a day by our team of Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), Advanced EMT’s and Paramedics who are trained to deal with a multitude of emergencies. Our response model allows us to provide a flexible response to emergencies and deploy paramedics where they are most needed while meeting the needs of communities.
Our ambulances are equipped with modern Advanced Life Support (ALS) gear, including medications and therapies that essentially bring the emergency room to the patient. In doing so, patients care receive immediate care in the field and be stabilized for transport to definitive care.
Since 1988 Med-Care has been a leader in prehospital medicine, with a dedicated team of over 50 employees that are committed to providing excellent patient care and continuing to expand their medical knowledge.
Emergency Response / 911
Med-Care responds to emergency calls everyday, bringing advanced life support (ALS) level medical care to the patient. We bring the emergency room to the patient.
Inter-facility Transport
We provide emergency and non-emergency transportation for patients moving between hospitals and other healthcare facilities.
Event Standby
Medical coverage for your event. We provide an ambulance and a crew of trained EMS providers. Depending upon the size and scope of the event, we can provide additional staffing. These are subject to billing rates and availability.
Community Paramedicine
Community Paramedics work with your healthcare provider to achieve your medical goals. We are capable of obtaining EKG’s, drawing blood for labs and checking vital signs from the comfort of your home. Working with your medical provider, we can help reduce complications from chronic conditions.
